TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND PROCESSING FEES

International orders may be subject to customs fees in addition to shipping costs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information.

LOST/MISSING MAIL

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed to provide proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or missing mail.

RETURNS / FAULTY ORDERS

All items are inspected for quality before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item or incorrect order, please email us at media@rhsm.shop with your order number and attach clear pictures showing the defective item/incorrect order. Further instructions will be provided within 24-48 hours. You may return the item in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 30 days of receipt.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain number of days. Delayed or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Please note that due to the involvement of different banks from different countries, this process may take several days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at media@rhsm.shop

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
